Registration:
Preschool camps are only available to Westwood students. Students that are new to Westwood as of Fall 2013 must speak with the office before registering for camps.
A $200 deposit and $25 registration fee are due at the time of enrollment. The deposit will be applied to your last payment.
Classes fill quickly; we encourage families to register early. You will be notified at least two weeks prior to the start date of a class if it is full or cancelled.
Payment:
Enrollment for three weeks or less requires payment of the full amount of summer tuition.
Enrollment for four or more weeks may be paid in two installments.
No credit will be given for absences.
Cancellation Policy: Written notification is due one month prior to the start date of a class.Tuition will then be refunded, minus registration fee. Otherwise, no refund will be given.
Childcare and Extended Day:
All Preschool camps are from 9:00am to 12:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Friday. Extended day is available.
All Elementary and Secondary camps are from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Extended day is available.
Westwood also offers morning and afternoon childcare.
Morning Childcare
- 7:30am to 9:00am
- Additional $35 per week
Extended Day for Preschool (Guided Activities)
- 12:00am to 3:00pm
- Additional $65 per week
Afternoon Childcare
- 3:00pm to 6:00pm
- Additional $50 per week
General Information:
Health forms with shot records must be completed before a non-Westwood student’s first day.
Children need to bring a sack lunch and drink every day. Two slices of pizza are included for Fridays. See Parent Handbook or ask the office for a copy of the food guidelines.
Daily drop-in option (for current Westwood students only) – $80 per day from 7:30am – 6:00pm or $65 per day from 9:00am – 3:00pm. Call for availability at least 24 hours in advance. Payment must be made at the time of registration.
