For Rising 7th-12th Grade Students

• Registration Form: Complete the online Upper School Summer Registration Form. This is a confidential Google Form. This is due three weeks prior to your child’s camp start date. (You will be asked to upload all necessary paperwork mentioned below into the Registration Form.) Classes fill quickly; we encourage families to register early. Spaces are limited and camps will be closed to additional campers once filled to capacity. You will be notified at least two weeks prior to the start date of a class if it does not have enough campers to meet minimum requirements and will be canceled.

• Necessary Paperwork: Please upload any of the following forms to the Registration Form if they are applicable to your camper:
  • Severe Allergy Form
  • Severe Asthma Form
  • Inhaler Self-Carry Permission Form
  • Tuition Express Credit Card Form (required for all campers in case of unpaid balances)

• Pay and receive confirmation: Payment in full is due with registration. See “Payment and Late Pick Up Fees” for more information.

Science and Math camps will be 9am-2pm. Essay camp will be 9am-Noon. The Cheer camp schedule will be shared with students and parents once camp start gets closer.

There are two ways to process Summer by Westwood tuition: by check or by credit card using Tuition Express*. Once we process your payment, you will receive confirmation of registration! Payment is required to confirm registration.
*If paying by credit card, please note that a 2.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

Students should be picked up within 15 minutes of their camp ending. Those not picked up at that time will be sent to the Lower School campus. Westwood’s Lower School campus closes at 6:00 PM. An automatic late fee of $20 will be charged for any student not picked up by 6:00 PM. An additional $1 per minute will be charged for any child at Westwood past 6:15 PM.

Written notification is due four weeks prior to the start date of a camp. Tuition will then be credited to your Procare account, minus the registration fee. Without this advance written notification, no credit will be given.

Westwood reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct is unsatisfactory or who fails to follow Westwood rules and regulations. No credit will be given to any student who withdraws or is dismissed from a week of camp after the camp has begun.
